Immunity Broth This dish provides the healing benefits of hot soup, root vegetables, and the most nutritious green vegetables available to help stimulate detoxification of the liver and blood. You can save any left over broth for the next morning. It is actually a wonderful thing to have immediately upon awakening form sleep. 2 cups of vegetable or chicken broth Bring the pot of broth to a rolling boil. Add the chopped carrots, garlic, and shallots and allow to simmer on low heat for ten minutes. Add the cooking greens, shut off the heat, and stir for 2 minutes. Season additionally to taste. |
